Alpine Shareholders deserve a FAIR DEAL

This is a stark test of corporate governance and fair treatment for minority shareholders. Alpine has failed in their duties to care for all shareholders, and in their duties under the Corporate Governance Code and the Companies Act. We will do everything in their power to hold them responsible. Oasis will continue our efforts to improve governance in Japan and will make every effort to defend the rights of minority shareholders.
